Hi Everyone,
It has been a little while since I posted last. I won’t bore you all with the details but I had made the decision to focus my limited free time, around a crazy work schedule, on learning Icelandic ready for the big trip. Now that I am back I can get back in the swing of things here.
Over the coming days (and weeks) I am going to be writing about the experience we had in Iceland, using the language and all the amazing food that we ate. If you are anything like me a holiday is always remembered by the food you ate (which was incredible).
I will be posting pictures on my Instragram and some timelapse videos on Youtube so make sure you subscribe to get the latest updates.
